CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST

About this role
You are the "face" of the company with existing and potential customers whether online, by phone, or in-person. The ideal team member shares the founder’s passion for providing truly exceptional customer experiences and a love for the beauty industry.
As part of a small and dynamic team, you will support our growing national distribution company and e-commerce (B2B and B2C) web portals by:
- providing product/brand information and recommendations to existing and prospective customers;
- helping to grow our customer base using your network of contacts and your skills in targeted sales (email, social media, phone);
- fulfilling customer orders rapidly in our a safe and secure, cutting-edge warehouse facility.
Education:
- you are a graduate from an accredited beauty college/school (aesthetics or medical aesthetics).
Experience:
- you have at least 3 years of recent experience in the beauty industry;
- you are an expert at providing product recommendations to clients;
- you have a flair for marketing to prospective clients (social media, email, phone);
- you are strong administratively (e.g. processing orders, payments, invoicing, shipping waybills);
- you enjoy the challenge of, and are adept at, educating others about products and protocols.
