Refund policy
At Spot On Beauty, we stand behind our products and are confident that you will be satisfied with them. Should you need to return or exchange a product purchased through Spot On Beauty, you may return it to us in accordance with the return policies set forth below. These policies apply only to products purchased from and fulfilled by Spot On Beauty.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR CLIENTS
As a valued Spot On Beauty client, you may return or exchange any product (excepting skincare items and any special-order items) within fifteen (15) days of your receipt of said product(s) provided that the product(s), and associated packaging are not damaged or opened. Please note, returns will not be accepted beyond this date.
Please contact our office to ascertain if a product is returnable, to arrange the return of said product(s) if applicable and to get a return authorization. You are responsible for all shipping costs (out-bound and in-bound) on any returned items. Please ensure the product(s) is appropriately protected for transport. You are responsible for the condition of the product(s) as received by Spot On Beauty when returned to us. Any damage caused in transport will affect our acceptance of the Return and the refunding to you of the purchase price.

We will process your return upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. We will also send you an email to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with any exchanges.
We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee on any and all returns. This fee will not exceed 25% of the value of the product(s). A re-stocking fee is not a penalty but allows us to recover our costs as relates to the original shipment (picking and auditing the order; credit card processing fees; Shopify fees; packaging materials such as boxes and protective filler; administrative expenses associated with paperwork creation and waybill generation). A re-stocking fee also helps us recover the costs we realize as a result of handling the returned products (unpacking; placing back into stock; processing the documentation associated with the return; credit card and Shopify fees levied relative to the credit).
If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item that you return, you will not receive a cash refund for the amount of the gift certificate. However, the amount of the gift certificate will be returned to your account for use towards future qualifying purchases provided that the gift certificate has not expired. Please note that the original expiration date still applies.
If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will only be refunded for the amount that you paid.
